Membership
Membership of the Concept is open to all children and
it is voluntary. Ananse Clubs shall be formed in interested schools. All
children out of school, with the wish of becoming members shall either register
with a school closest to them or register with the Regional or District
Offices.
Every child is
encouraged to be part of this global movement since Ananse will not turn its
back on them should they fall into any difficulties that falls within the
programmes under the Concept.
An active member of the Concept shall be referred to as an ”Ananse”
for male and “Anansewaa” for female and they shall possess a badge and an
identity card as an indicative symbol of belonging to the Concept globally and
therefore entitled to all courtesies extended to any member in any part of the
world.
Older
people who wish to be part of Ananse Reach Concept may offer themselves as
volunteers to promote the activities of the Concept. Register online now! In
response to comments picked up from our feedback system, two features of the
registration form are explained as follows: "Donor" some children especially
busy ones or those living in developed countries who cannot or do not want to
actively involve themselves in the Concept but want to support in the form of
contributing either in cash or kind. The box also takes care of adults who
cannot be members but want to support the course of Ananse Reach Concept. "2M4C
Member" is an Ananse member who has opted to be part of the 2 million volunteers
who will be the driving force of Ananse Reach Concept.Read about who a 2M4C
